Tang Soo Do is a Korean martial art that teaches empty hand and foot fighting techniques. Fighting forms, self defense, and weapons are integral parts of our martial arts training. Tang Soo Do is a traditional martial art in the sense that we are not sport oriented. Our purpose is learning self defense techniques, developing healthy habits, and becoming a better person through training.
